CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS APPROX 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
This processing time is the time it takes us to pack and ship your order due to every order being cut to order. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Please always check here to see our current processing time before placing your order. Our processing time is an approximation and may vary slightly based on the number of orders and size of the orders that are received. Please note that when we run a sale, our processing time may increase as we get a significant increase in orders. We appreciate your understanding.
To have your order placed on HOLD and combined for shipping:
Step 1 - To have your order placed "ON HOLD" click HERE to add the Red "HOLD ORDER" Button to your cart. When you place subsequent orders you may add the red button to each order and we will hold them to combine and ship together.
Step 2 - When you are ready for all of your "HOLD ORDERS" to ship, Click HERE to add the Green "SHIP ORDER" Button to your cart. When your orders have been processed you will receive an invoice with actual shipping cost for your combined orders.
*Please NOTE: All orders are cut in the order they are received and yardage placed in separate orders will not be cut continuously.
Shipping Refunds
We always ship your order using the most cost effective method available choosing from multiple carriers. We refund any shipping overages once your order has shipped.
